Adolescent Reproductive Health

With an estimated 1 billion adolescents alive today, the world is experiencing the largest adolescent population in history. As a result, adolescent reproductive health is an increasingly important component of global health.

Adolescence is a time of tremendous opportunity and change. It also is a time of heightened vulnerabilities. Programs that can provide information, ensure access to services, and develop life skills are crucial to the future of this population.
