What you need in order to use the Action Planner
This tool works best with current internet browsers, including:
Safari (version 3 and above)
If you are not using one of these browsers you may experience problems with the display, and some features may not work for you. Please consider upgrading your browser to one of the versions above (or a more recent release).
JavaScript or Active Scripting must be enabled in your browser for certain features to work. For further information on enabling scripting, consult your browser's Help menu.
Some parts of this tool, such as videos and Interactive Case Study results, use a current version of Adobe Flash Player. If you do not have Flash Player installed, you will be prompted to do so. Flash Player can be downloaded for free from Adobe.
Troubleshooting cookies and blocked content
The Action Planner places “cookies” on your machine for your convenience, to keep track of your selections and provide results. Cookies are small files that a website transfers to a computer’s hard drive for record-keeping purposes. No personal information is shared on the internet through Action Planner cookies.
Your browser's security settings may be set to notify you when you are sent a cookie, giving you the chance to decide whether or not to accept it. If you see a warning message, follow the instructions to allow “blocked content” or cookies.
Downloading Portable Document Format files
Many of the Action Planner's resource documents are available in Portable Document Format (PDF) and require Acrobat Reader software. Acrobat Reader can be downloaded for free from Adobe.
